Long divided in two architectural styles, the Village of Vail is undergoing a thorough transformation that will reconcile the modernist Lionshead Core area with the original, traditional Bavarian Vail Village.
The 2.27-acre site of Lionshead Core is located at the base of the Eagle Bahn Gondola. The Arrabelle consists of a 4-star, 36-room Rock Resorts hotel; 67 condominiums and penthouses ranging from 1,500 sf to 8,000 sf; and luxury residences ranging from 1,500 sf (2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths) to 3,600 sf (4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths).
A new Bavarian-inspired town square with a one-stop skier services center, new dining and shopping, a seasonal ice skating rink and spa facilities as well as centralized loading and parking are also part of this grand redevelopment.
