Geoffrey S. Brooksher AIA, LEED AP
Geoffrey is a Senior Associate and the Technical Director of the Chicago studio. He leads project technical development, coordination, production and management through all project phases for a variety of building types including: Higher Education, Research, K-12, Health Care, Corporate, Commercial, Civic, Residential and Interiors. Geoffrey is also a project team leader, providing project management services. Additionally, as a LEED accredited professional, Geoffrey is in charge of the office's sustainable architecture initiatives and development.
Providing critical technical leadership and innovation, Geoffrey takes design concepts through selection, development and integration of building systems and assemblies. He works closely with the client to listen and understand the client’s goals and objectives and ensure that they are met. He supervises and leads architectural teams through all phases of design and construction, while directing the coordination among consultants, establishing project schedules, monitoring budgets, and reviewing and negotiating consultant contracts.
