Geoffrey S. Brooksher AIA, LEED®

Geoffrey S. Brooksher is a Senior Associate and the Technical Director of the Chicago office. A project manager and a LEED accredited professional, Geoff is also in charge of the office's sustainable architecture task force. Architectural Record recently cited Geoffrey as an expert in a feature on innovative energy-conserving rain-screen facades.

In addition to his Corporate Headquarters design experience with WW Grainger and Sears, Geoffrey directs the technical development, coordination, production and management through all phases of a variety of other project types including: Government, Commercial, Multi and Single-Family Residential, Higher Education, Science and Technology, K-12, Health Care, Civic, and Interiors.

Geoffrey's critical technical leadership integrates design concepts through selection, development and integration of building systems and assemblies. He understands client's goals and objectives are and insures that they are met. He has supervised the technical direction of teams through all phases of design and construction, while guiding the coordination among consultants, establishing project schedules, monitoring budgets, and reviewing and negotiating consultant contracts.
