Izabela Leonczak Rydel
Ms. Rydel has 9 years of design and technical experience. Her personal goal is design excellence on every project type. With 4240 Architecture, she has filled a lead design role on various civic, mixed-use and mountain projects. As a capable listener, she strives to provide creative design solutions and oversees their implementation throughout documentation. Her passion goes back to her overseas education and training. She has a fine hand for architectural drawing and painting. Numerous world travels have created a broad canvas of architectural impressions and graphics becoming a body of many personal exhibits. Her thesis project was a complex hospital involving master planning, programming, design and aspects of technical documentation of the facility.
