Randall L. Hart CSI, LEED AP
Because of Randy's extensive background in architectural project management, construction administration, and quality assurance/quality control, he is a key member on several of the firm's largest mixed-use, renovations and hotel/resort projects.
Randy lived and worked in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1996-1998, serving as Studio Manager for Urban Design Group's Nevada studio. Expanding his experience even further, he has been the Senior Project Manager on the Grand Californian Hotel, St. Julien Hotel and Vail's Front Door Complex.
As Director of Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Randy was directly involved in establishing 4240's QA/QC Program, and is responsible for maintaining and updating the QA/QC Program firm wide. He oversees an in-house team of staff that regularly review projects within the studio as they move through Design, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration phases. He is also responsible for answering those day to day QA/QC questions that occur within the studio, based upon the established QA/QC Program Standards.
