Thaddius J. Carvis LEED AP

Raised on the East Coast, T.J. has called Colorado home since 1988. He began his career with 4240 while attending the University of Colorado, Denver to complete a Master of Architecture degree. At 4240, T.J. has collaborated on a variety of project types and scales, ranging from large hospitality projects to single family homes. He has also played an instrumental role three multi-family residential projects at Riverfront Park in Denver.

While with 4240, T.J. has served as Project Designer, Project Manager and Construction Administrator. His dedication to sustainable design coupled with an economic inclination provides a solid foundation for his contributions to the built environment. He has been an invited guest studio critic at the University of Colorado, and a speaker at local and national conferences.
