Thaddius J. Carvis LEED®
T.J. started his career with 4240 while attending the University of Colorado, Denver to complete a Master of Architecture degree. At 4240, T.J. has collaborated on the Disney Grand California Hotel, the St. Julien Hotel, and the RiverCamps at Crooked Creek. He is currently working on completing The Park, his third multi-family residential complex at Riverfront Park. Before receiving his Master of Architecture, T.J. attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
